|When will my order be delivered?|
- All our products are ready to be shipped within 2 days of allocating your payment. Credit card payments are allocated immediately but EFT payments can take up to 2 days to allocate.
- In some cases we might have a lead time for production but this will be clearly indicated on the product page. Orders are always shipped in one parcel so please take note if one of your products has a lead time, that they will be shipped within the timeframe of the longest product lead time.
- Our courier partners will deliver your parcel to your door of office. You will receive an email notification once our order has been shipped.
|How long will it take to receive my order?|
- Once shipped your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link from where you can track your order delivery status.
|Which courier company do you use?|
- We are currently using Dawn Wing for all our deliveries. This might change from time to time depending on rates and quality of service.
|My order is damaged / lost. What can I do?|
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to report any parcel damage. We advise that you take photographic evidence of the damage so we can investigate the matter further.
- In the event of lost mail, we will try our best to locate your parcel. If your order is indeed lost, we’ll resend the order to you at no cost subject to availability. Note, we will only deliver to the same postal address on the original order.
|Can I get a refund?|
- We will refund orders upon receiving the item back in our care in a re-saleable condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund the original postage fee.
